 Take a leisurely stroll along the jogging path just 50 metres away from Safira Resort. This path stretches along a small stream and has big shady trees lined up on one side. The jogging path leads to Seberang Jaya's biggest park. During the evenings, you will see many locals going for their daily exercise.
You should also visit the Penang Bird Park, which is situated across the street from Safira Resort. This 2-hectare park is home to more than 300 species of birds from all over the world, including our local breeds and some endangered species too. The park also features beautifully landscaped gardens, relaxing waterfalls, lotus ponds, walk-in aviaries, a souvenir shop and restaurant.
